Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
